Burrell Consulting Group, Inc is excited to be a part of this historic downtown Roseville redevelopment project!
What was once the old Roseville Telephone Company building in Downtown Roseville, will now be a vibrant retail, restaurant, office, and residential space. This two-story, 40,000-square-foot mixed-use project will house 20 apartments/condos, 8 of which will be loft-style on the second floor. The street level spaces will be custom-tailored for various commercial and retail businesses. The design highlight of this project is it will feature a rooftop deck, which will be a first for Downtown Roseville.
Burrell’s Survey Department provided a detailed Topographic Survey services. While our Engineering Department is handling the Tentative Parcel Map Exhibit, Improvement Plans for the conversion, a Condominium Plan, associated Entitlement Applications; along with getting it processed.
